Operator and business use

nextgen.glass is operated by Leon Finch trading as Glass Marketplace, 7 Southwell Road, Mansfield, NG18 4EA, United Kingdom. Contact customerservice@nextgen.glass for support, complaints@nextgen.glass for complaints and gdpr@nextgen.glass for privacy enquiries. Professional accounts, subscriptions and purchases are intended for your trade or business. You confirm authority to act for that business. This confirmation does not remove rights that apply by law.

FREE and PRO

FREE costs £0 and publicly displays business name, town and postcode. Active PRO includes a fuller public profile with contact details and the ability to purchase leads and bid after purchase. Membership does not include free leads. Keep your profile accurate and hold appropriate permissions, qualifications and insurance for your work. Claim approval checks listing ownership, not professional competence.

Automatic monthly subscription

PRO costs £20 per calendar month. The first payment is taken when you subscribe and £20 is automatically charged to your authorised payment method on each monthly billing date until renewal is cancelled. Airwallex processes payments. A failed or unconfirmed payment may suspend PRO access. The paid-period end is available in your account when confirmed.

Cancel renewal

Cancel at any time through your account before the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and PRO continues until then. The listing then returns to FREE and contact details and the fuller profile are withheld publicly. Ordinary cancellation does not refund the current period; billing-error and mandatory legal remedies still apply. Contact customer service promptly if cancellation is unavailable or a charge is wrong.

Lead purchases

Standard leads cost £10 and urgent leads £15, paid individually at purchase. Each request permits up to 10 purchasing businesses; the lead is not exclusive. A checkout temporarily reserves a place. Payment must be verified before contact access or bidding. Site contact access ends 90 days after the request was posted or earlier if sharing is stopped. Closure prevents a first disclosure even where checkout was already underway; any payment without supplied access is reviewed as non-delivery.

Non-refundable policy

You buy access to an enquiry, not a successful job. Lead purchases are non-refundable merely because the customer does not reply, changes plans, cancels the work, hires someone else or you change your mind. There is no guarantee of a response, appointment or work. This does not affect remedies for duplicate or incorrect charges, access we fail to supply, or other remedies required by law. Report billing problems, missing access or suspected invalid enquiries with your order reference. We investigate and correct errors; we do not promise a general lead-credit scheme.

Prices

All prices are GBP total amounts payable, including any applicable taxes. No additional surcharge is added to the displayed price at checkout. Future price changes will be notified before taking effect; you may cancel renewal before a changed subscription price applies.

Customer information

The Professional Data-use Rules form part of these terms. Use a purchased enquiry only for the requested job and related lawful administration. No resale, public disclosure or unrelated marketing is permitted. Honour contact preferences, protect records and cooperate with rights and security enquiries.

Work, misuse and responsibility

Your contract for glazing work is directly with the customer. You are responsible for your estimates, work, customer obligations and compliance. We may restrict access for fraud, misuse or breach, explaining the reason where lawful and providing a route to challenge mistakes. We remain responsible for our own platform obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law and changes

English law and the courts of England and Wales govern business disputes, subject to mandatory law. The terms version accepted is recorded for each purchase. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Contact complaints@nextgen.glass about a dispute.
