The operator
nextgen.glass is operated by Leon Finch trading as Glass Marketplace, 7 Southwell Road, Mansfield, NG18 4EA, United Kingdom. Contact customerservice@nextgen.glass for support, complaints@nextgen.glass for complaints and gdpr@nextgen.glass for privacy enquiries.
Using the service
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Posting a request is free and does not commit you to hiring anyone. Do not submit abusive, misleading, unlawful or unnecessary sensitive information. We may restrict misuse or remove unsuitable requests.
Matching and sharing
You ask us to match your request with interested glazing businesses. Up to 10 independent PRO businesses can purchase your job details and contact information to call or email about that job. Public listings show a generated service summary and postcode area. No response, number of quotes or successful match is guaranteed.
Your control
Your request-management page lets you view quotes, see recorded recipients, close the request and stop further sharing. Closing stops new buyers and new recipients. Stop sharing also prevents existing buyers retrieving your information again from the site. Information already received cannot be recalled. Access through the site expires 90 days after posting. Contact customer service for identity-checked help if you lose browser access.
Choosing a business
The glazing-work contract is directly between you and your chosen professional. Agree the scope, price, timing, deposit, guarantees and cancellation terms with them. Check qualifications, insurance, references, permissions and suitability. Directory inclusion, PRO status and ownership approval do not certify workmanship or qualifications. Heritage and listed-property work may require permissions that you and the professional must establish.
Urgent work
An urgent request does not guarantee availability or an attendance time. Confirm arrangements directly with the business. This website is not an emergency response service.
Responsibility and disputes
We remain responsible for our own platform obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us about the platform; also contact the professional about their work. English law governs these terms, but this does not deprive UK consumers of mandatory protections or their right to bring proceedings in their home UK jurisdiction.
Changes
The version accepted when you submit governs that request. We will explain material changes affecting an ongoing service. The Privacy Notice explains personal-information processing.
