How to complain

nextgen.glass is operated by Leon Finch trading as Glass Marketplace, 7 Southwell Road, Mansfield, NG18 4EA, United Kingdom. Contact customerservice@nextgen.glass for support, complaints@nextgen.glass for complaints and gdpr@nextgen.glass for privacy enquiries. Include your request, account, listing or payment reference if available, what went wrong and the outcome you seek. Do not send passwords or full card details. You can write to our postal address if email is unsuitable.

Privacy complaints

We acknowledge data protection complaints within 30 days of receiving them. We investigate without undue delay, make appropriate enquiries, keep you informed and explain the outcome and any action taken. The acknowledgement period is not a waiting period before investigation begins. If you disagree, reply with your concerns so we can review them. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

Data-rights requests

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objections, use gdpr@nextgen.glass. We normally respond within one month, explaining any lawful extension. We may need proportionate identity checks before disclosing or changing information. You do not have to pay for PRO or claim a listing to exercise rights. Requests and complaints are assessed on their substance, whichever contact route you use.

Glazing work and payments

Contact the professional directly about their work, as your work contract is with them. Tell us about related marketplace concerns. For platform billing errors, missing purchased access or subscription problems, include your purchase reference so we can investigate.
